Terms and Conditions 

 

Lisa Brice of Brice Photography operates from Monday- Fridays from 10-7 Saturdays 12-6. Please leave a message if we don't get to the phone.  

1) Copyright, Images are copyright to Brice Photography, any images posted on our social pages may be shared, logos must not be removed.  Images can not be screen shot and used for your own purposes until after a purchase. The client agrees that images can be used on social media and website use by Brice Photograph. If  the client wishes their images not be used please indicate that to the photographer.

2) Clients and their pets are limited to one complimentary photoshoot in a twelve month period.  In other words, you are unable to receive more than one complimentary photoshoot from us in a 12 month period, regardless of where it the voucher is sourced from, unless it is a purchased/bought gift voucher or gift Certificate. 

3) Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers is something that is gifted to you for a certain amount. 

Gift vouchers can be combined with purchased gift certificates.

Gift cards can be combined with other gift certificates. Gift cards/certificates  is  something that is purchased. 

Our booking documents (questionnaire and pre-session agreements) are required to be completed for all bookings therefore only those over the age of 18 years are eligible to enter our giveaways, competitions, prizes and model calls. 

4) Any late cancellations or a multiple rescheduling dates is subject to a $49 fee.

5)  Gift vouchers and wall-art credit are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are not refundable. Gift prints (8x10 or less) offered as part of vouchers cannot be upgraded or used as a credit. 

6) If any pets or humans are dangerous or destructive to photographer, studio or others, then the photographer reserves the right to cease the photoshoot immediately. If any abuse occurs such as hitting or smacking your pet or children the session may be stopped immediately.

7) Orders are not processed or placed until some sort of payment is made. We have payment plans and some clients use them in two, three or even four installments. Once the invoice is paid in full the order is delivered or picked. 

8) Auctions: Those that win an auction item from a charity event, are required to call within two weeks of winning to receive the bonus print. This is schedule a design meeting, the session can be booked at a latter date. 

9) Digital Files- Are provided to the clients with every image they purchase with matted prints, wall art and albums.
